Resurfacing on I-395 Southbound in Killingly and Plainfield

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on a 5.25-mile segment of I-395 southbound in Killingly and Plainfield, overnight Monday, May 7 to Tuesday, May 8, 2018. Work hours will be 7 PM to 5 AM.

LANE CLOSURE INFO:

Motorists can expect lane closures on I-395 southbound between Whetstone Brook in Killingly to the Plainfield Rest Area.  Two (2) state troopers, crash attenuator vehicles, and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. 

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
