Nighttime Sweeping along I-84 EB in Danbury

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that nighttime sweeping will occur on I-84 eastbound in Danbury on Thursday, November 1, 2018.

The project consists of sweeping on I-84 from Exit 2 to Exit 4.

LANE CLOSURE INFO

Impact attenuators, signing patterns, and cones will be utilized to guide motorists through the worksite.  Traffic will be alternating from left lane to right lane. The regular work schedule for this project is 8:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m.

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
