The project consists of the reconstruction of Scott Road from Nicolas Court to Maria Hotchkiss Road in Prospect. Lane closures are necessary for full depth reconstruction of the roadway, utility relocation work and safety and drainage improvements.
Project No. 114-81 was awarded to B & W Paving & Landscaping of Waterford, Connecticut on February 13, 2015 at a cost of $1,918,090.90. The project is scheduled to be completed September 18, 2016.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
The work will reduce the number of lanes along Scott Road from the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Alternating one-way traffic should be expected during these hours.
Motorists are strongly advised to seek alternate routes during these hours.
Access to local residences and businesses will be maintained throughout the duration of the project.
