Public Information Meeting Concerning Guiderail Improvements on Route 254 in Litchfield
The Connecticut Department of Transportation will conduct a public information meeting concerning Route 254 guide rail improvements between the Thomaston town line and Route 118 in the town of Litchfield on September 22, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at the Bantam Firehouse, 92 Doyle Road, Bantam.

The project will replace the existing failing guide rail with RB-350 (the newest standard for metal-beam-rail guiderail). The project will complete the upgrades this construction season. This project will be undertaken with 100% State funds.

The public information meeting is being held to afford a full opportunity for public participation and to allow open discussion of any views and comments the community may have concerning this proposed project.
