Nighttime Work on I-95 and Route 1, Northbound & Southbound in Norwalk Scheduled to Resume May 11, 2015

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that nighttime work will resume on the I-95 Exit 14 and 15 Interchange reconstruction project on I-95 and along Route 1, Northbound & Southbound in Norwalk beginning May 11, 2015.

LANE CLOSURE INFO-

Regular Lane Closure hours for night work are as follows:

I-95 Northbound - 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Monday thru Wednesday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Thursday night into Friday morning, and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Friday night into Saturday morning.

I-95 Southbound - 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Monday thru Thursday and 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Friday night in to Saturday morning.

Route 1 and Local Streets - Monday through Friday from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and Saturday and Sunday between 9:00 PM and 10:00 AM.

Variable message signs on Interstate 95 will be utilized to inform motorists of traffic conditions in the area. Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.
