       The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a nighttime resurfacing project will be performed on the Park Avenue Roundabout & Route 15 southbound Exit 47 Off-Ramp in Trumbull and Fairfield, overnight October 21-22, 2015. Work hours will be 10 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.

LANE CLOSURE INFO

Motorists can expect closures to occur on the Route 15 SB Exit 47 (Park Avenue) Off Ramp in Trumbull and will require a detour to be implemented while work is being performed.  Motorists will use the following route during the detour:  Exit 46 SB to Jefferson Street and follow Jefferson Street north to Park Avenue. 

Emergency vehicles will be allowed access.  Variable message signs will be placed in advance to advise motorists.

State Police, traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 10:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. (Wednesday-Thursday). 

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
