Nighttime Bridge Maintenance on I-91 in North Haven

      The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a nighttime bridge maintenance project will be performed on the I-91 Bassett Road underpass in North Haven, October 13-November 6, 2015. Work hours will be 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.

      Motorists can expect lane restrictions during this work.  Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. (Monday – Friday).

      Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
