I-91/95/Rt34 Traffic Impacts This Weekend in New Haven

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that construction activities related to the completion of the new interchange for I-91/I-95 and Route 34 in New Haven will require continuous closures of area ramps and roadways at the I-91/I-95 during the weekend hours of Friday, February 27, through Saturday, February 28, 2015.  The closures are needed to complete removal of the remaining portion of the old bridge that carried ramp traffic from I-91 Southbound to Route 34 Westbound.  Motorists can expect delays throughout the I-95 New Haven Corridor in New Haven.

The work will reduce the number of lanes of travel on I-91 along with area ramp and local road closures for the weekend periods of 9 PM Friday, February 27 until 6 PM Saturday, February 28, 2015.  All work is weather permitting.
