Bridge Maintenance on I-91 Northbound in Wallingford.
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that the bridge maintenance project on I-91 Northbound in Wallingford will continue through April 25, 2014.
This project is included in the Department of Transportation’s 2014 bridge maintenance program to support state forces with bridge repairs and is being performed by Mohawk Northeast.
LANE CLOSURE INFO:
Motorists can expect the shoulder lane closured on Interstate 91 between Exit 13 (SR 702, Wharton Brook Connector) and Exit 14 (SR 738, East Center Street). Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
