Utility Project on High Street and Main Street in East Hartford
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that utility work will be performed on High Street and Main Street in East Hartford beginning Monday, October 7, 2013.
The utility project consists of a sewer main installation on High Street and Main Street in East Hartford. This project is scheduled to occur October 7-24, 2013.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect intermittent lane closures to occur on SB High Street. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Monday-Friday) No work will be performed during the Columbus Day holiday (including the day before and after).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
