Tree Trimming along I-95 (northbound) in Greenwich and Stamford;

Lane Closures Required

      The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a tree trimming operation will be performed on Interstate 95 (northbound) in Greenwich and Stamford on Saturday, August 24, 2013.

      The project consists of tree trimming around the incident management cameras and will be performed by state forces.

LANE CLOSURE INFO

      Motorists can expect lane closures on Interstate 95 Northbound between the New York State Line and Exit 9 (Seaside Avenue) in Greenwich and Stamford.  Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Saturday).

      Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
