Bridge Maintenance on Various Bridges in Eastern Connecticut
The project consists of asphaltic/elastomeric plug joint repairs on the bridges listed below. This project is scheduled to occur periodically from Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2013, to Friday, Oct. 11, 2013.

14 over Kitt Brook

14 over Quinebaug River

over Mill Creek
#3836, Old Saybrook, Rt.
1 over Amtrak RR
This
project is included in the Department of Transportation’s 2013
bridge maintenance program to support state forces with bridge
repairs and is being performed by Costello
Industries.
LANE
CLOSURE INFO
Traffic control personnel
and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the
work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is from 7:30
a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
(Monday to
Friday).
Motorists should be aware
that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become
necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.
Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this
vicinity.
