Sanitary Sewer Installation Project on Route 169 in Woodstock
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a sanitary sewer installation project will be performed on Route 169 (Norwich-Worchester Turnpike) between Frog Pond Road and Academy Road in Woodstock. 
The project involves the installation of a sanitary sewer on a 0.78 mile segment of Route 169 (Norwich-Worchester Turnpike) between Frog Pond Road and Academy Road in Woodstock.  This project is scheduled to occur Monday, May 21, 2012 through Wednesday, August 29, 2012.
Work is being performed under a Department of Transportation Encroachment permit by Baltazar Construction, Inc., for the town of Woodstock.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday).  One lane of alternating traffic will be maintained while work is being performed.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
