The Connecticut Department of Transportation is developing plans to replace existing overhead sign supports statewide. The project involves removal of existing signs and supports and the installation of new signs and supports in the same vicinity.
The present schedule calls for the design plans to be available in October, 2012. Based upon a preliminary assessment, this contract is estimated to cost in the range of $2,000,000.  This project will be funded with 80% federal and 20% state monies.
