The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that the contractor, Mohawk Northeast, has completed work earlier than anticipated and will no longer require weekend closures of the Exit 51 flyover ramp from I-84 East to I-91 North.

Motorists can expect closing of shoulder areas to complete work but no additional full-closures of the ramp will be necessary.
