Milling and Resurfacing Project on Route 149 (Main Street) in East Haddam

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that milling and resurfacing will be performed on Route 149 (Main Street) in East Haddam between Route 82 (Norwich Road) and Landing Hill Road. This project is expected to occur Monday, April 23, 2012 and Wednesday, April 25, 2012.

Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Monday and Wednesday).

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work area.
