Route 45 (East Shore Road) in the Town of Washington To Reopen To Traffic on May 27, 2011
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that Route 45 will be open to two way traffic starting the evening of May 27, 2011. Work for the construction of a new retaining wall on Route 45 in the town of Washington has been completed.
Additional work will continue in the area for the construction of a second retaining wall. Expect minor delays and alternating one way traffic from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
