Milling and Resurfacing Project on Route 82 in Norwich

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on Route 82 in Norwich between the Bozrah Town Line and Briar Lane. This project is expected to occur on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 through Monday, June 20, 2011.

Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Monday - Friday).

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work area.
