Milling and Resurfacing on Route 115 in Ansonia/Seymour
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on Route 115 in Ansonia/Seymour between State Street and Route 67. This project is expected to occur on Tuesday, May 31, 2011 through Wednesday, June 15, 2011.
Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Monday - Friday), except on Thursday, June 9 and Friday, June 10, 2011, the schedule will be 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (Thursday and Friday evenings). No work will be performed on Saturdays or Sundays.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work area.
