The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that work to install new pavement markings in the Towns of Clinton, Colchester, East Hampton, Portland and Westbrook is scheduled to begin on or about Sunday June 6, 2010.

The project consists of replacing crosswalks, stop bars and directional arrows at intersections along various state roads.  Motorists can expect temporary lane shifts during the evening hours Sunday through Friday between 9:00 p.m. and 5 a.m.
