Installation of Loop Sensors on I-84 Eastbound in Danbury
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a loop sensor installation project will be performed on I-84 eastbound in Danbury at the New York state line. This project is expected to occur on Saturday, October 16, 2010.
Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (Saturday evening/Sunday morning).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work area.
