A Nighttime Closure of the Exit 44 Entrance Ramp to Route 15 northbound is Scheduled for Wednesday, August 25, 2010 in the Town of Fairfield
A nighttime closure of the Exit 44 Entrance Ramp to Route 15 northbound is scheduled for Wednesday, August 25, 2010 in the town of Fairfield. This ramp closure is to facilitate the installation of Merritt Parkway Guiderail from 9 PM to 6 AM.
Detour signs and local police will direct motorists to alternate routes and exits. The ramp closure will occur between 9 PM and 6 AM, weather permitting. In the case of inclement weather the work will be rescheduled for Thursday, August 26, 2010.
The work is part of DOT Project Nos. 0050-204/206 and 144-178/180, an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act project which is scheduled for completion by August 2012.
