Temporary Closure of Parking Area on Long Wharf Drive to Occur March 9, 2009

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that the parking area located on Long Wharf Drive between the I-95 North Exit 46 on and off ramps will be closed from Monday, March 9 through Monday, March 30, 2009.

A temporary barrier will be utilized to ensure that public vehicles do not enter the site. The closure of the parking area is necessary to complete drainage improvements that are required in advance of the construction of the new Pearl Harbor Memorial (Q) Bridge and I-95/I-91/Route 34 Interchange.
