Route I-95 (north and south) Line Painting from N.Y. State Line to Exit 42 in West Haven

The State Department of Transportation announced today that a line painting project will be performed on I-95 (north & south) from the New York State Line to Exit 42 in West Haven. This project is scheduled to begin on Monday, September 21, 2009 and continue to Friday, October 16, 2009.

Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Sunday – Thursday evenings).

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work area.
