Milling and Resurfacing - I-84 (westbound) from Route 31 in Vernon to Route 32 in Willington
The State Department of Transportation is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on I-84 (westbound) from Route 31 in Vernon to Route 32 in Willington. This project is scheduled to begin on Monday, July 13, 2009 and continue through Monday, August 31, 2009.
Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Monday – Thursday evenings) and 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (Friday evenings).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work area.
