NEWINGTON, Conn.-Acting Transportation Commissioner H. James Boice announced today that Traffic Sensor Repairs will be performed on Route 15 (northbound) ¼ mile before Exit 89 (ramp to I-91 north) in Hartford. This project is scheduled to take place on or about Sunday, May 4, 2008.

Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Sunday).

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work area.
