The Connecticut Department of Transportation announced today that Test Boring Operations will be taking place in Rocky Hill on I-91Southbound in the vicinity of Exit 22 S (to Route 9 Eastbound). This operation will require closure of the right lane and shoulder. The lane closure is scheduled to take place between 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Wednesday June 4th. Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work area.
