The Putnam Bridge, which carries Route 3 over the Connecticut River between Glastonbury and Wethersfield, will be closed in the southbound direction (Glastonbury to Wethersfield) from Friday, April 25 at 8 PM until Monday, April 28 at 6:00 AM. Directional closures of the bridge are planned for most weekendsthrough spring and early summer.
