Reconstruction of Route 8 at Deer Hill and Robertsville Road
The Department of Transportation announced today that, weather permitting, Mather Corporation of Bloomfield, Connecticut, will start the reconstruction of Route 8 at Deer Hill Road and Robertsville Road in the Town of Colebrook on May 7, 2007. The work consists of realignment of the intersection and sightline improvements.
The work will take place Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., periodically utilizing traffic persons for alternating one-way traffic when necessary, otherwise maintaining two lanes of traffic.
This work is expected by be completed by November 2007.
