Be advised that an emergency lane closure will be in effect on I-95 northbound to close lanes in the area of the Exit 50 to Exit 51 Frontage Road in New Haven from 9:30 am to 12 noon.
The emergency lane closures are required to facilitate correction to line striping as a result of traffic shift implemented last night in the vicinity of Exit 50 to Exit 51 for I-95 northbound.
The work requires alternating left and right lanes to be closed as well as reduced width for the Exit 51 off ramp to Frontage Road. Traffic will be reduced to one through lane during this time period.
