No Overnight Parking At Wilton Train Station
September 24 – 28, 2007

Wilton, Connecticut Connecticut Department of Transportation officials have announced that curbing and striping of the main parking lot at the Wilton Train Station is scheduled to take place during the week of September 24 – 28, 2007.  There will be no overnight parking in the lot between 8:00PM to 6:00AM each night this week.  Nighttime parking will be available at the station overflow lot during this time.

The work is part of the overall project to widen Route 7 in Wilton that will accommodate two travel lanes, both northbound and southbound, for a length of approximately three miles from Wolfpit Road to Olmstead Hill Road. The project is scheduled for completion in April 2010.

Please use caution and follow the posted speed limit when traveling through the construction work zone to ensure the safety of motorists and construction personnel.
