Affirmative Action

Effective immediately the Office of Equity (previously Office of Contract Compliance) no longer requires Affirmative Action Plan submissions, including updates.

CTDOT requires each contractor/consultant with contracts of $10,000.00 or more or with fifty (50) or more employees who are awarded a contract, to comply with all federal and state affirmative action and nondiscrimination requirements. 

CTDOT will continue to perform Annual Site Record Reviews and Contract Compliance Reviews and may request documentation of efforts made to recruit, hire and retain minorities and women. This information should be made available to CTDOT when requested.
