Applications for this program are accepted through Cognito Forms.
SUBMISSION POLICY
It is the applicant’s responsibility to follow all application instructions including the submission date sand times included in this request for applications (RFA). The Connecticut Department of Agriculture will accept the last validated submission through Cognito Forms prior to the posted deadline as the final and sole acceptable submission of application.
We cannot accept submission or re-submission of incomplete or delayed applications after the posted deadline, barring exceptional circumstances. Cognito Forms will prevent applications from being submitted after the posted deadline.
SUBMISSION CONFIRMATION
When you have successfully submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation email.
Late applications will not be considered. Please keep in mind there is an occasional delay with email, therefore it is recommended you allow ample time for the email to be successfully received by CT DoAg. Once your application is received, a confirmation email will be sent.
A complete application includes:
1. Completion and submission of Cognito Form.
2. Completion and attachment of the 2024 Project Profile Template as a fillable PDF.
3. Completion and attachment of Budget Worksheet.
4. Completion and attachment of Work Plan.
5. Attachment of letters of support (optional)
