State Police Make Child Porn Arrest

Arrested:         Nathan Schultz DOB 9/26/75

                       58 Fresh Meadow Drive

                       Trumbull, Ct.

Charges:          Possession Child Porn 3rd degree

                       Promoting a Minor in Obscene Performance

                       

Beginning in 2007 the Connecticut State Police Computer Crimes Unit conducted an undercover operation to locate computers offering to participate in the trafficking of child pornography.  The investigation developed information that led State Police Detectives to apply for and obtain a search and seizure warrant from Superior Court to search the residence of the accused.

The search warrant was executed at 58 Fresh Meadow Drive Trumbull. State Police Detectives seized electronic items from te residence that were forensically examined. Detectives located evidence of child pornography, and an arrest warrant application was submitted to Superior Court for the arrest of the accused, Nathan Schultz DOB 9/26/75.
