On March 6, 2010 at approximately 2:11 a.m., State Troopers from Troop G- Bridgeport responded to I-95 southbound exit 32 for a reported fatal motor vehicle accident.

Upon troopers arrival a tractor trailer and passenger vehicle were involved in a crash leaving the operator of the tractor trailer deceased.  The occupants of the passenger vehicle fled the scene prior to state police arrival.

State troopers along with Western District Major Crime detectives initiated an investigation.  Troopers and detectives gathered physical evidence, conducted interviews with witnesses, and served several search and seizure warrants as part of the investigation.

After a year -long investigation detectives obtained an arrest warrant for the driver of the passenger vehicle.  Allen Boulware was arrested March 8, 2011.  The passenger in the vehicle is deceased after an unrelated incident.
