State Troopers Make Arrest In Child Pornography Investigation

State Troopers from the Connecticut State Police Computer Crimes Unit conducted an intensive child pornography investigation which resulted in the issuance of a search and seizure warrant and an arrest warrant.

The accused had inappropriate images and videos of both male and female children ranging in age from approximately 3 years old to 12 years old.

On 04/01/2010, the accused, John T. Stitt, turned himself into State Police at Troop F, in Westbrook, were the arrest warrant was served.

Stitt was released on a $10,000 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear at G.A.#23 New Haven Superior Court on April 27, 2010.
