NARCOTICS ARRESTS AT SCSU CAMPUS
In early October 2008 Southern Connecticut State University (SCSU) Police Department developed information during a criminal investigation of possible sale of narcotics on the campus of the university.
SCSU Police initiated an investigation and requested the assistance of the Connecticut State Police Statewide Narcotics Task force to conduct a joint criminal investigation into this issue.
During the investigation undercover statewide narcotics task force detectives were able infiltrate the narcotics sales operation and made several controlled narcotics purchases from a small concentrated group on campus.
As a result of investigative facts and circumstances developed in this criminal investigation, Statewide Narcotics Detectives submitted a search and seizure warrant application and seven (7) arrest warrant applications to
