Grant Process

The HSGP funds that are sub-granted are handled on a reimbursement basis. The annual process includes the following steps:

Sub-grant Application
Sub-grant Award
Project completion
Quarterly Reimbursements and reporting
Sub-grantee monitoring
Final reimbursement, reporting and closeout
