Grant Process

The HSGP funds that are sub-granted are handled on a reimbursement basis.  The annual process includes the following steps:

• Sub-grant Application
• Sub-grant Award
• Project completion
• Quarterly Reimbursements and reporting
• Sub-grantee monitoring
• Final reimbursement, reporting and closeout
