Join us for our 2025 BOW-CT Fall Workshop!
When: Friday, October 17 – Sunday, October 19, 2025
Where: Salt Rock State Campground, 173 Scotland Rd, Sprague, CT
Fee: $100 (non-refundable; payable by Venmo or check). All fees go directly back into the program to cover meals, materials, and equipment.
This is our very first full BOW Workshop, and we are excited to welcome you!
Registration Process
Registration will take place through our Online Registration System. Once you register, the program coordinator will contact you with a required pre-event survey, payment details, and additional event information.
Who Can Participate
- Women 18 years of age or older.
- Full-weekend participation only (no single-day options)
This workshop is designed as a women’s-only learning experience. To ensure a safe, supportive, and focused environment, participation is limited to those who are registered. Families, children, and non-registered guests will not be able to attend or camp alongside the group.
Schedule and Sessions
- Check-in: Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (time to settle in before the first session)
- Sessions are structured to take up to 4 hours each.
- Morning: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
- Afternoon: 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Participants will take part in one activity per session, which they will be assigned to based on their preference from the survey.

Accommodations
- This is a tent camping only weekend. Camping gear will not be provided. Participants must secure their own gear and personal items.
- Campsites for participants: first-come, first-choice among assigned sites.
- Staff will be on-site full-time for support, but participants are responsible for their own gear and personal items.

Meals
- Meals will be provided from Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast.
- Participants may bring snacks or additional food for dietary needs.
Equipment and Clothing
- Activity gear is provided unless otherwise noted. Instructors will contact participants about any specific needs.
- The workshop runs rain or shine. Please bring:
- Layers for fall weather
- Rain gear
- Clothing you don’t mind getting wet or dirty
- Sturdy and comfortable footwear
- Your own reusable plate, bowl, cup and utensils
