DEEP headquarters at 79 Elm Street in Hartford has partially re-opened to staff and members of the public as of Tuesday, February 3. The DEEP records room has re-opened. The DEEP Central Permit Processing Unit (CPPU) will be open to the public starting on Wednesday, Feb. 4. For updates, click here

Eolia - The Mansion at Harkness State Park

Availability

Eolia is available for rental from March 1 to December 23.

  • From Memorial Day to Labor Day, rental is for functions beginning after 5 p.m.
  • Prior to Memorial Day weekend or after Labor Day, the mansion is available during the day or evening. The mansion is closed on Mondays.
  • Eolia is closed from December 24 through February 28. 

Those hosting private events at the mansion are reminded that the park is a public facility and visitors are permitted on the grounds until sunset.
