State Parks or Areas Where Alcohol is Prohibited

State law requires that individuals must be 21 years of age or older to possess alcoholic beverages.  Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on beaches or boardwalks in any of our state parks or recreation areas.  More information on specific areas that do not allow alcoholic beverages can be found in individual park pages. 

The following is a list of state parks or recreation areas where alcohol is prohibited, in addition to the beach and boardwalk areas at all of our state parks:
