COMMISSIONER’S FINDINGS/REGULATORY CONDITIONS

The proposed activities include the following:  replacement of the existing 14’ three-sided frame bridge with a 15’ x 6’ concrete box culvert and associated minor adjustments of the causeway, and will affect 990. s.f. of wetlands/watercourses permanently and 326 s.f. of wetlands/watercourses temporarily.

The application has been evaluated for compliance with the applicable provisions of sections 301, 302, 303, 306 and 307 of the Act and the Water Quality Standards of the State of Connecticut adopted pursuant to Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies Sections 22a-426-1 to 22a-426-9.
