The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (“DEEP”) hereby gives notice of the reissuance of the General Pretreatment Permit for Non-Significant Industrial User Discharges to Publicly Owned Treatment Works (“Non-SIU GP”) on October 29, 2025, becoming effective on December 1, 2025, and expiring on October 28, 2030.
