Notice of General Permit Reissuance for the General Pretreatment Permit for Significant Industrial User, Dewatering, and Remediation Discharges

Permit No. CTSIU0000 and CTDRW0000

The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (“DEEP”) hereby gives notice of the reissuance of the General Pretreatment Permit for Significant Industrial User, Dewatering, and Remediation Discharges (“SIU GP”) on October 29, 2025, becoming effective on December 1, 2025, and expiring on October 28, 2030.
