Please Note: Applicants for forest practitioner certification examination must submit their application and payment during the application period prior to a scheduled examination. If an application for examination is received outside of the application period, the application will be applied to the next available examination date.

Pursuant to C.G.S. Sec. 23-65i, each certified forester shall submit annual report to the Commissioner of the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection on or before June first of each year. Please find the form below:
