Revision to
Connecticut's State Implementation Plan
(for the 1997 NAAQS)
This page presents the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection’s (CT DEEP) air quality state implementation plan (SIP) revision for attaining the 1997 federal 8-hour National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) for ground-level ozone, and related DEEP/EPA correspondence. The plan describes the national, regional and local control measures to be implemented to reduce emissions and uses air quality modeling and other analyses of air quality and meteorological data to assess the likelihood of reaching attainment in Connecticut by the 2010 attainment deadline.
