How are Air Certified Facilitators evaluated?
Candidates are evaluated on their:
- Commitment – Interest in serving as an Air Facilitator and ability to participate in this role
- Experience – Past experience working with people to facilitate creative problem-solving
- Communication – Ability to work respectfully with diverse communities
- Listening – Ability to prioritize listening over speaking to create community-driven outcomes
Shortlisted candidates may be asked to participate in a phone or video call interview.
