Whether working on your local or regional Plan of Conservation and Development or Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy, the Department of Economic and Community Development’s (DECD) community development staff is here to support your community throughout the planning process and into plan implementation.

With a plan in place, we can help you identify phasing priorities and resource opportunities to advance your vision into implementation. Informally, we are available to work with municipal or council of Government staff to help you develop an achievable strategy and work with you to realize your goals by identifying implementation steps, some of which the state has programs to support.
