Commitment – Interest in serving as an Air Facilitator and your ability to participate in this role.

Experience – Past experience working with people to facilitate creative problem solving.

Communication – Ability to work respectfully with diverse communities.

Listening – Ability to prioritize listening over speaking to create community-driven outcomes.

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to participate in a phone or video call interview.
