Overview

Through Strategic Partnerships Grants (SPG), the Connecticut Office of the Arts invests resources in specific, values driven initiatives to accomplish priority goals defined in our strategic plan in a way that is streamlined, efficient, and measurable.

Strategic partnerships may be long- or short-term, they may be initiated by COA staff or a potential partner, they benefit individual artists, teaching artists/educators or arts organizations and the communities we serve, they advance goals of both COA and the partner organization, and they are closely aligned to COA values of Relevance, Equity, Access, Diversity and Inclusion.
